Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a beautiful vintage feel but were not the most comfortable, especially being located over the kitchen, making it a bit noisy. Despite the old charm, everything was conveniently within walking distance, which was a plus.
I couldn't have asked for a better location, right on the main strip in downtown Hot Springs. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, although a bit noisy above the kitchen. The service was exceptional with incredibly kind staff always ready to help. The dining experience was excellent, but the hotel breakfast was very basic. Overall, it was a delightful stay with great value for money.
I found the hotel to be a great place with clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff was very accommodating. However, some personal issues I overheard during my stay were a bit off-putting. The surprise delivery during a meal was a nice touch. The location is worth the travel, close enough to everything I needed. The dining experiences were good overall, particularly the hotel breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I required for a relaxing stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's vintage charm and beautiful rooms, although they were smaller than expected. The service was exceptional, with kind and welcoming staff, though a bit too forthcoming about personal issues. The location was fabulous, right on the main strip in downtown Hot Springs, but the surrounding area seemed a bit sketchy. The dining experience was good overall, especially the consistently excellent hotel breakfast. The hotel offers a great mix of old-world charm and modern amenities, making for a comfortable stay overall.
